I have diseased gallbladder that is only functioning at 15% and the dr. is insisting I get it removed. I was also tested for Wilson's disease, which my sister has, and the urine test came back negative but the blood test was positive. I am going to an appointment next week with an eye dr. to see if I have the copper ring around my eyes, and supposedly that will give us a sure diagnosis. Is there a possibility these two can be linked and can I save my gallbladder if I follow your cleanse and diet?
ReplyDeleteI tried the liver cleansing diet and it worked fine the first time, but after 1 year I have gained weight again. The second time I couldn't loose any weight although I stuck strict to the diet. I have changed my diet in the last year to soy products instead of dairy and found out that soy products can have a negative impact on the thyroid. I'm not sure whether I should continue the diet because it hasn't had any positive impact on my health issues or menopause symptoms.
ReplyDeletehad a stroke 2 year's ago. My cholesterol was about 6.5. I was put on 20 mgs of simvastatin 20 mg and still taking it. It is has lowered considerably since then. I do have a blockage in my neck and since I begin taking this medication, I frequently after sitting for a while feel like I have lost all my muscle in my left hand and in my legs. I shake a lot and stumble. If I eat a mint, it goes away. I have told my doctor about it and he doesn't seem to think it is serious or needs further investigating. He assures me that if I can maintain my cholesterol and loose some weight, that my odds of having another stroke are very, very low.
ReplyDeleteMy My blood sugar is in the 5. Something range. I did have high blood pressure at the time of my stroke and taking one pill of hydrothiazide daily and my blood pressure now is pretty consistent in the lower 120/ under 80 range. I also take a low dosage 81 mg aspirin daily.
Would I be able to take liver tonic safely and should I be taking the powder or capsules if I were to choose to go with the liver cleanse which I feel I should as I have been putting on weight since the stroke and do not have much energy. I did have about of Hepatitis which I do not know what kind 46 years ago which was not dangerous or so my doctor at the time said. It was going around a lot then. I have had a tendency to put on weight easily since then. I am at least to 30 lbs overweight, most of my weight gain is just under the breast are and not on my stomach, I have little energy and have trouble focusing. I consistently have blood tests every 6 months since having a stroke. I do have a juicer and plan to do a liver cleanse using beets and greens and apples. I really could use some advice before I place an order of any kind. I am afraid that the meds I take could counter act with the herbs I might take on the liver cleanse. Please advise
I would really appreciate your advice before I do anything.
Thankyou,
Maria Rivers
