Hello Sandra,

I am a long-time sufferer of dizziness as well as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I just pulled out your book the other day. On the front cover was a post-it from myself that read "I never felt better than when on LCD". It's the truth.

So, I'm re-reading the book to re-inform myself a bit and begin the LCD journey again to a much happier liver,

We do agree. The Syndrome X book was published some time ago, and since then we no longer recommend canola oil.
